Keep track of domains, hosting and email renewals
Separate service expiry from payment status, review each prepaid renewal and keep a practical recovery plan for your website.
Keep a separate date for each service
A domain, website hosting, mailboxes and a TLS certificate can have different expiry dates. Renewing one does not renew the others. Keep a simple record of each service, the account responsible for it, its expiry date and where you can verify its status. Avoid relying on an old payment receipt as proof of the current service term.
For HostMixo services, My Services shows the recorded expiry and renewal action where supported. You can opt in to service reminders. Maintain an accessible account email address and a calendar reminder of your own as well; an email reminder can be missed or filtered.
Review and explicitly pay for the next term
HostMixo renewals are prepaid and require your confirmation. Review the service, term, renewal price and tax before continuing to Nishadil Pay. Keeping a wallet balance or a saved payment method is not an instruction to renew automatically. Renew before expiry where possible instead of relying on a grace period.
A verified payment and a completed supplier renewal are separate steps. After payment, check the order and service for the confirmed new expiry. While a renewal is being checked, do not place another payment for the same service to try to speed it up. Use the original order reference when contacting support.
Know what needs separate attention
Domain expiration can affect both website and email access. Recovery options and charges depend on the extension and the current registration status; they are not a universal guarantee. If a domain has already expired, check its available recovery path promptly rather than assuming a hosting renewal will restore it.
Check certificate dates separately. The HostMixo TLS tool reports the certificate presented by a public website on port 443. A date check does not establish that a certificate is trusted, covers the requested hostname or will renew successfully. Certificate renewal belongs to the system that installs and manages the certificate.
Keep current copies of website files, databases and important mailbox data under your control. If you intend to stop a service, export what you need before its term ends. Expiration handling follows the purchased service terms; it is not a substitute for a backup or a promise of indefinite retention.
